Dr. Williams graduated from NUIG with honours in 1999 and worked in Australia and the UK before returning to work as a GP in Ireland in 2006. She was awarded a distinction for her results in her GP exams in the UK and has diplomas in dermatology and women’s health. She also has advanced training in family planning. Prior to establishing Shannon Medical Centre, she was a Senior Lecturer in the graduate entry medical school in the University of Limerick.
The Practice Receptionists are Tina Tims, and Julieanne Carrig. The Practice Manager is Helen O’Neill.
Shannon Medical Centre is a modern, purpose built general practice designed to allow us to provide our patients with the very best healthcare services. It is a child friendly practice, with a play area and baby-changing facilities. It is also wheelchair accessible.
Shannon Medical Centre is located in Shannon Town Centre and there is parking adjacent to the building.
